REHABILITATION SERVICES
Located within our campus is the Woodview Rehabilitation Wing which offers Medicare and private pay short-term rehabilitative programs and services to Woodview residents and the Fort Wayne community.
Combining homelike comforts in a progressive therapy environment with exemplary care sets our rehabilitation services above others in the area.
A few of the many specialty programs we offer include geriatric rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, arthritis rehabilitation, general rehabilitation following surgery or illness, and pain management.
Our professionally trained staff of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language pathologists work as a team to develop an individualized treatment program for each resident's recovery.
Our cutting edge facility offers, innovative programs and daily activities, which provide the ideal environment for making a complete recovery and quickly regaining independence. Woodview's state-of-art-the-art therapy center works with patients during the rehabilitation process as well as continuing outpatient therapy upon discharge.
Our Rehabilitation Wing features private and semi-private rooms, flat screen TV's, ample space and scenic outdoor views.
